WHAT ARE THE ROOM RENTALS?
Our room rentals range from $2750 to $4900, depending on the room you choose.
WHAT DOES THE ROOM RENTAL INCLUDE?
Day of Coordinator, Complimentary House Décor, Four Hours of Event Time, All of your Tables and Chairs, and a Custom Design Layout of your Room and Timeline.
CAN WE BRING OUTSIDE CATERING?
Rio plaza currently allows outside catering only on a pre-approval basis . We have a list of preferred caterers that we will share with you as well as welcome opportunities to form relationships with other caterers.
IS THERE PARKING?

On the corner of Commerce and Navarro Street at 245 E Commerce Street, San Antonio, TX 78205.
IS RIO PLAZA A HOTEL?
No, we are a private event venue on the San Antonio River Walk
All nearby lots and garages are public parking and charge by the hour or have a daily rate. Rio Plaza is not responsible for any paid parking or reserved spaces.
IS THE VENUE HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?
Yes, all venues are handicap accessible through our elevator.
CAN I HAVE A CEREMONY AT RIO PLAZA?

DO YOU ALLOW OUTSIDE VENDORS?
We provide a preferred vendor list for vendors including caterers, photo/video, photo booth, cake/desserts, florist and DJ/band/musician.
IS THERE A FOOD AND BEVERAGE MINIMUM?
No, this is customizable to your liking. Rio Plaza Events is a venue facility with a liquor license and food handler license. We provide customized bar and food services.
